Exchange Policy
Within 7 days of the product's delivery, you can request a Exchange if you have any concerns with it, such as receiving a damaged or defective product or similar problems. We might also provide the option of part replacement for large products in order to facilitate a smoother, faster operation.
We will send the replacement goods as soon as the original product arrives at our factory and satisfies our quality inspection.
The product must be in its original packing, complete with tags, and in the same condition as when you found it in order for the return to be accepted. It must be in its original state, free of dents and scratches, undamaged, unwashed, and unassembled.
For replacement due to damages, damages reported will be the only thing that will be considered during quality checking.
Replacement is only applicable for damaged, defective, or incomplete products.

Pick up for Replacement
We will arrange for the items to be picked up by a reliable courier service. We ask that you arrange for the product to be shipped if your PIN number cannot be used for return pickup. We will reimburse shipping expenses up to a maximum of Rs. 500 as soon as the merchandise is delivered.
Kindly provide photo or video proof clearly showing the defect. This proof should be visible and demonstrate the issue.
For Clothing and Footwear (excluding Accessories and Newborn items), we have an exchange policy within 7 days of product delivery.

Once your request has been logged with us, our authorized service representative will contact you within 24-48 hours to assess the issue.
